我想做實質的開發案因為那跟我所唸的建築比較相關，這是我一廂情願的想法，不知是不是真的這樣，目前我 MSc RE 投了 Reading、UCL、Glasgow 這三間大學。Glasgow 已經給我CON-OFFER了，其他尚未回覆。

Seriously? OMG, I cannot wait to see this firm.  Jackie Chan played this adventurer "Asian Hawk" in the Armour of God (1986) and Armour of God 2 (1991).  I love the two movies dearly.  If it is what I think it is, then this will be the third "Asian Hawk" firm.  I would say "Asian Hawk" is the Chinese equivalent of "James Bond", "Jason Bourne", "Ben Gates", "Robert Langdon" or "Simon Templar".  Asian Hawk travels around the world, mostly treasure hunting and fighting with guys in fantastic places.  I grew up with this character and imagined myself being this super Chinese adventurer / thief throughout my teenagehood.  I bet most of the people in my time would have had similar inspirations when they grew up.

碩士畢業後，開始工作，工作中，2011年12月考CFA第一級（沒過），接著又要考RICS（2009年10考：落榜）。RICS的考試本來是今年7月初要考，後來在兩位家教老師的指導及建議下，將考試的時期改到10月，由於10月的報考生過多，我的考試日期又被更改到11月底。這一場與RICS考試的對抗就像是一場加碼的網球賽，雙方打到平手，就連最後的搶七都搶到一兩百球。打到深夜，打過清晨，打到球迷都睡著，打到轉播員都喉嚨沒聲音了，就像一場打不完的噩夢。
