開春了，星期天下午帶著老婆與家狗到家附近的公園裡散步，風和日麗，在橄欖球場的草地上打起了太極拳四十二式。慢慢地讓身心舒展開來。趁現在跟各位報告一下，我的學生和我預計在星期六的早上七點四十五分 Saturday 31st March 2012 在 Canada Water 地鐵站門口外集合，然後到 Southwark Park 練拳、鍛練身體。對太極拳有興趣的朋友或同好，可以透過部落格或者神恩太極拳的網站與 Leon 聯絡喔。
Spring is a fantastic season for tai chi training. Imagine practicing tai chi movements in a nice and bright park (Southwark Park, near Canada Water tube station).
Leon is teaching tai chi this Saturday 31 March 2012 in Southwark Park. We will be gathering outside of Canada Water tube station at 7:45am and heading towards the park together.
