倫敦達人 The Explorer

第六堂課的最後，講師給我們一人一道關於育兒或生產相關的題目，讓我們去訪問在場的其他十一位準爸爸與準媽媽，並抄下答案。隔天，講師讓我們講抄錄下來的問題與答案用電子郵件的形式傳給另外五對準爸媽。講師提供給我們更多可以私下溝通的管道與接觸的機會！以下的兩道題目是我們的任務，答案則是我從另外十一位準爸媽那抄錄下來的。我就不翻譯了，太懶。

What strategies are useful when coping with crying babies?

- walking with babies (outdoor), cuddle, fresh air

- change nappies

- sing a song

- feed (hungry or not)

- skin to skin, face to face contact

- check if tired, then sleep

- check baby's too cold or warm

- parents keep calm, patience

- rocking chair

How can each parent create some personal time and space?

- have a routine so the wife can rest, when husband takes over

- getting a helper, from family or friends

- by making sure you take turns, offering to do jobs while the other is with the baby

- relaxed couple, while baby is sleeping

- separate baby room and adult room (if the flat is big enough)

- have friends over to free up time

- set up baby zone

- take baby out to different activities
